Hm... [ When you work within an army and everyone takes a turn at cooking duty, you don't get to decide what you like and snub your nose at food you don't fancy. So Corrin, and the rest of the army, was willing to eat just about anything that the cooking-duty person made. (As long as it wasn't a burnt, lumpy mess!) Anything his servant, Jakob, made was also good.]

That sounds fair enough.

Normally, I don't have the luxury to decide what I like and don't like. We will eat whatever is prepared by the cook of the day. Anything is fine.

[He recalled his childhood friend, and how during their childhood, Silas wanted to take Corrin out of that castle (out of that isolation that Corrin had been in for years and would stay in for more years to come.) and take him on a picnic; he even made one of Corrin's favorites for their picnic. ...However? If I had a chance, I'd want to have a good vegetable chowder soup, every once in a while.
