It seems unlikely.

Why go through all the trouble to stage something like this? Is it part of the game, too, or would they have some other motive?

To make us think that a murder occurred here. It's not as if we can test the blood...

Then there's a possibility it could be Ryuji's, or neither of theirs.

Part of me wants to believe both Ann and Ryuji escaped, and the blood and declaration of her death is an attempt at a cover-up. But in that case, they would have surely staged his death, too...

We still have multiple possible scenarios, and I'm reluctant to believe anything without a little more proof.
