Day 9

[ The wall that once led to the jungle set opens up again. However, it now leads to… well… it's a hospital ward of sorts. Whether you actually want to use it is up to you, but the first person to head in there will find a box containing a first aid kit with extra bandages and ointment sitting on one of the bunks. ]

[ The tablets are also offering every player in the game a chance to choose a Blu-Ray or boxset from their homeworld (or a similar one). Once selected, it will be delivered to your dressing room. ]

[ And of course there's a new game! ]

[ The back rubbing feels nice and he sighs, a bit of tension escaping. ]

Ugh, yeah. I can make a hangover cure. Come with me to the kitchen?

[ He doesn't feel like leaving Niles' side right now, as much as he's scolding himself for being clingy. ]

[Gives a small teasing smile. Maybe hoping to cheer him up.]

[ Santa laughs. Teases back because he doesn't expect him to actually do it. ]

I guess I know you won't drop me.

Better hang onto me.

[Sweeps him up bridal-style into his arms like he did before.]

[ Santa squeaks out of surprise and then laughs again, clinging to Niles' shirt. ]

Jesus! I underestimated you...

You should have known I can sweep anyone off their feet.

[Carries him to the kitchen, and sits him down on the edge of a table.]

Lesson learned.

[ Scoots a little backwards into a proper sitting position on the table. ]

But if you're setting me up here, you're gonna get ordered around into making the cure for me. It's not hard, I promise.

Gladly. What would you have me do?

Okay, first, get two glasses and two eggs. We're making two of them because I'll probably throw up the first one. This shit is really bad.

[locktouching]

Sounds exciting.

[Rummages around until he finds eggs in the fridge. Then deposits them onto the table next to Aoi with two cups.]

Isn't it?

[ Breaks an egg into each cup and deposits the shells discarded on the table. ]

Need some vinegar and a bottle labeled Worcestershire. It's really brown with a yellow label.

I'm at your command.

[Goes to retrieve both bottles. He has to hold a couple up for confirmation before finally bringing them over.]

This is looking to be an interesting potion.

It's going to smell terrible.

[ Mixes in the sauce. ]

Vinegar and hot sauce, please.

[Nudges the bottles towards him, watching in fascination.]

I want to feed this to the other Nohrians. I bet they'd get a kick out of it.

[ Mixes everything together. ]

Salt and pepper? Last things to go in.

Their reactions would be completely worth it.

[Hands him the shakers.]

So what do you call this?

No idea. Ask Mom, she showed me how to make it.

[ Shakes the salt and pepper in and then stares at the first glass. ]

...got a handy bucket?

Family recipe, huh?

[Slides Aoi along the table towards the sink.]

I guess so. I wouldn't know, I'm new to this family.

[ Grabs both glasses as he gets slid, then downs one of them.

He looks super horrified, then a beat, then it all comes up into the sink.

CALLED IT. ]

[locktouching]

[Well. Turns on the tap and washes that down the drain.]

Hang in there.

[jinglebros]

[ Pats his chest a few times as he coughs, then straightens back up. ]

I... I can do this!

[ Stares suspiciously at the second glass, as if he's not sure he can do this. ]

Hey. How about a kiss when you're done?

[Grins teasingly.]

You realize I'm going to taste horrendous, right?

[ Cheered by the idea, though. ]
