I see. So in your opinion, having a 'bad personality' is worthy of the death penalty.

...One would think that punishment would be used for people who commit actual crimes, not for Great Detectives who attempt to solve them.

I think it's quite simple really, you gave off the vibe of someone who is a wildcard to a game. I think that's really something to look out for in this situation considering it's life or death.
