[ Did everybody sleep well? At promptly 6 AM, or at least what the tablets proclaim to be 6 AM, Ronald bursts in with the morning announcements. ]

Good morning, kids! Today we have a fantastic new game for you to play, and we think you'll have a lot of fun! It's fun, it's a classic, iiiiiiiiit's

[ The feed switches off, but only for a second before flicking back on so Ronald can add: ]

Oh, by the way, Seven died trying to escape.

There's a lot of hell in you. This might take a while.

[She pulls him close to her by the bands around his neck.]

[ He closes his eyes, expecting pain to follow. ]

Say when.

[So she begins to strike him with her fist - dull, heavy hits on the side of the skull, where the bruises will be hidden by his hair. Her face is like a mask.]

[ Every time he's hit, he bites down on his lip so he doesn't cry out or make any sound of pain. Which comes first: her stopping or him passing out? ]

[She eventually notices that his eyes are looking not so good. She releases his clothing and gives him one hard punch in the liver.]

Well?

[ Wobble, wobble - and down he goes like he's a bowling pin. ]

[Leans over him. Turns to Clover.]

You think he'll be okay or do I have to keep going?

[ He groans but that's it. He's out. ]

...I think you're good.

[She offers both of them her fries.]

I hope there's a cold compress somewhere.

We can put an iced bottle of liquor on him.

[She takes the fries and begins to dig in.]

[ Soon enough he begins to stir again, though.

LOTUS WHAT WILL YOU DO ]

An iced bottle of booze sounds good.

[Out of context, it sounds like Clover wants to get wasted. But too bad, she doesn't. She just wants to place something cold on a wasted Santa.]

[She wanders off to acquire the aforementioned bottle. Clover can watch him wake up wake up.]

Uuuuugh that hurt.

[ He gathers himself up into a sitting position, holding his head and stomach. ]

[Clover reaches out to help prop him up.]

Are you gonna get punched at every game we have from now on?

Who are we supposed to punch instead, Clover? June?

You're not fuckin' punchin' June. [ he mutters. ] Take it all out on me.

Heck no, no one said anything about punching June!

...Maybe next time, it should be kicking.

You know, I really considered that. Would have mixed things up. But he didn't ask for it, technically.

Go ahead and kick me too, I don't fucking care anymore.

[Clover raises her foot to kick Santa...

...only to relent and then offer him some fries.]

[Lotus puts her hand on the fry container and pushes it forward too.]

I hope I'm not giving you contusions that will get infected. That would be inconvenient.
