[ Katou leans in and puts his mouth on Simon's, and unless he's doing anything at all to stop him, Katou's gonna try and get some tongue action out of this. ]

[in fact he is not, though he lets out a little whimper of surprise]

[ The problem with Katou and kissing is that he doesn't really do it chastely. He does back off after briefly tasting the inside of Simon's mouth, though. ]
