[ Did everybody sleep well? At promptly 6 AM, or at least what the tablets proclaim to be 6 AM, Ronald bursts in with the morning announcements. ]

Good morning, kids! Today we have a fantastic new game for you to play, and we think you'll have a lot of fun! It's fun, it's a classic, iiiiiiiiit's



[ The feed switches off, but only for a second before flicking back on so Ronald can add: ]

Oh, by the way, Seven died trying to escape.

[ He covers his mouth. He doesn't want to admit to being self destructive right now. ]

Do you think that's going to make Seven happy? Or that it will make your pain go away? Because it won't, even for a second.

It hasn't yet. But passing out was pretty okay.

[ He exhales sharply at himself. ]

[meatitfeedson]

[And he wonders why she worries.]

[It's hard to say much when she knows she can't talk after implying she might kill herself if Rudolf died. But even so.]

Passing out definitely isn't good. I'm not big on discipline but if you're going to put yourself in danger then maybe I'll have to.

[jinglebros]

What do you mean by that.

[ He stares. ]

Well, you know, I might not have gone to school, but I learnt a lot of practical skills... We had this underground tea room to invite troublemakers to...

...okay...?

[ He's considering backing up, but he can't do that when she still has a hold on him. ]

[meatitfeedson]

[IT'S TORTURE, SANTA]

...Or I could just send you to sit in a corner for a few minutes and think about how putting yourself in danger doesn't just hurt you but the people who care about you too. Like June.

[jinglebros]

...sure. That one.

[ Would it actually do any good, though? He can't really think straight at the moment.

One has to wonder. ]

Well, distraction is likely the best way to go about it.

[So she's just going to make sure he gets to the costume room to be distracted by embarrassment, hopefully.]

Now then...I think blue would look good on you.

[jinglebros]

[ HE IS SO GLAD SHE DIDN'T TRY TO SPANK HIM OR SOMETHING HE WAS SO AFRAID ]

I used to wear blue a lot. I dunno why I stopped.

[meatitfeedson]

[She can joke about it but she'd never..... She hates being disciplinary, the most she could do is tug on an ear or give an elbow to the ribs jokingly. Some people react to strict upbringing by doing the same, some decide anarchy is better.]

You got too cool for colours.

[jinglebros]

[ He glances around the costume room until he spots a blue scarf and wobbles towards it, grabbing it. ] Used to wear one like this. Then I burned all my clothes I'd been wearing when... bad stuff happened.

[ He shrugs. (spoilers) He'd figured if he couldn't go up in flames with her, he might as well have gotten rid of his former self the same way ]

You should take it then, that would be cute on you. You could see if Akane recognises it.

Wonder if anything else in here would be worth wearing...

[ He's muttering and wandering now. Maybe he feels like ditching his old self again. ]

[meatitfeedson]

Most of it is pretty ridiculous, but there has to be something.

[That doesn't sound half bad really, she would want to do the same, most likely.]

I bet you'd look good in a suit.

[jinglebros]

Yeah, you think?

[ He turns and looks at her now. He's a bit dazed at this point. ]

[meatitfeedson]

[She still has that glass of water, and she finally shoves it into his hand.]

It tends to be a good look either way, but it would be a good contrast to your personality and hair. There's something charming about that, don't you think? You could wear it all buttoned up properly, or loose and messy.

[jinglebros]

This isn't my real hair colour, you know.

[ She probably knows, Santa. ]

I like loose and messy.

[ He accepts the glass of water and just drinks it without really thinking about it at this point. ]

[meatitfeedson]

[No, actually... It's her natural colour.]

Really? That's a shame, we could actually look related otherwise.

[Something that would go well loose and messy then... She comes across a deep grey suit and a cerulean blue shirt and holds them up together for him to judge.]

[jinglebros]

If I keep it, we look related. Good reasoning to keep dying my hair, huh?

[ He gives a big thumbs up to the clothes. ]

We should find a couple just for variety.

[meatitfeedson]

Ahh, good point! That must be tough for upkeep.

[She's glad she came with a suitcase, having planned to be away for a few days already. But a few sets would be good not just for variety but for the sake of clean clothes. So in particular she pulls a few more shirts for him, a purple like June's dress among them.]

Of course, we can't forget why we really came here.

[jinglebros]

True, true. You find what you're making me wear while I look around a bit more?

[ He may be planning to hide between the array of clothes and cry a little. He doesn't want her to see that, or anyone else. ]

[meatitfeedson]

Sure, take your time.

[Don't think she doesn't have some idea what's going on. She knows that trick. But she also knows he should let it out, and doesn't need to be made self-conscious about it. So she purposefully wanders around the corner to give some space and act like she doesn't know a thing.]

[jinglebros]

[ He pretends like he's looking at clothes and then once she's gone around the corner, crawls underneath some of the hung up clothes and lets it out. He's good at crying quietly, but he's still self conscious about it, so he only lets it happen for a couple minutes before trying to calm himself down.

Unfortunately that's kind of failing because ordering himself to 'calm the hell down' makes it worse and worse. and he starts hiccuping and making a mess of sound and tears. So much for crying quietly. ]
