It gives me something to do instead of sleep.

[Takes his wrist to steady his arm, and begins tapping dots onto him with the tattoo gun.]

Sounds like pretty bad insomnia.

[Finishes the dot arrangement pretty quickly, then begins drawing a pale outline of a man pouring a jug of water around it.]

I just can't go back to sleep after the nightmares wake me up. Alas, there's never much company that late, so it gets quite boring.

That's right. My birthday was about the day we got dragged into this.

[he's actually not bad at this, and decorates each star's position with a star shape save for the bull's right eye, which he does as in the Taurus symbol.]
